High quality large load capacity gravity drum conveyor pulley is a steel plate welded structure with rolling bearings.

The conveyor bend pulley/conveyor drum/conveyor roller is divided into three types: smooth surface pulley, rubber covered pulley and casting roller.

Smooth surface conveyor roller/pulley can be used when power and ambient temperature is low. The rubber roller should be used in the humid environment, high power and easy slipping area. Among them, the casting rubber roller have good quality with thick, wear-resisting surface which is most recommended. The rubber covered roller can also achieve the same results.

The rubber surface can be replaced on site, which is easy to be maintained, economical and durable.
